Private sessions are perfect if you (and a birth partner) want dedicated time to go through the course at your own pace and to discuss any specific questions you may have. This session can even take place in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.

The cost of a private course is £285 and includes the KGH book, the course booklet and some birth preparation goodies.

An ideal time to start a hypnobirthing course is around 20 weeks as it allows lots of time to process the information and to practise the hypnobirthing techniques you will learn. 

Don't worry if you are further on than this though as it's never too late to start making a positive difference to your birth.
