These courses will cover the full Katherine Graves Hypnobirthing (KGH) course to prepare you and your birth partner for your baby's birth while also giving the opportunity to meet other expectant parents.

The cost of the group course is £195 and includes refreshments, the KGH book, the course booklet and essential birth preparation goodies! 

I will also be available to support you until your baby arrives and during those early days with your newborn.
